For the first time, Patek Philippe combines a dual time zone with a chronograph, a novel combination of useful functions included in the new Nautilus Travel Time Chronograph.
The two pushers that allow the local time to be adjusted forward or backward in one-hour increments are perfectly integrated into the side of the case at 9 o'clock. The chronograph pushers have been moved closer to the crown, while the dial features several innovations: AM/PM indications for both time zones, a pointer date at 12 o'clock and a 60-minute totalizer at 6 o'clock that ensures excellent readability. This unprecedented combination of six complications required the development of a new automatic movement, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, black dial, 40.5 mm steel case, sapphire crystal and water-resistant to 120 m.
